Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the software product operated by Ingenious AI, based in Orange Walk Town, Belize ("we", "us", "our"), namely Agent Flight Recorder (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What the Service does
Agent Flight Recorder provides a tamper-evident action ledger for AI agents: your agents post action records to our API, each record is hash-chained into an append-only ledger, and you get chain verification, anomaly alerts, incident replay, exports, and audit reports. The Service is sold as subscription software with license-key entitlements, delivered through our web application.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and API keys confidential and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. License keys, subscriptions, and plans
Paid features are unlocked with license keys tied to your workspace. The Free tier includes basic functionality; Pro and Team tiers unlock advanced features as described on the pricing page. License keys are personal to the purchaser and may not be resold or shared publicly. We may revoke keys obtained fraudulently.
4. Billing, payments, and taxes
Payments for the Service are processed by Paddle acting as our Merchant of Record. When you buy, Paddle is the seller of record: it collects payment, calculates and remits applicable sales tax / VAT / GST on our behalf, handles chargebacks and fraud screening, and issues your invoice. Our pricing is shown before tax; the final amount charged at checkout includes applicable taxes.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. You can cancel from your account at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices may change with reasonable notice posted on the pricing page.
5. Refunds
Refunds are handled in accordance with Paddle's refund policy and applicable consumer-protection law (including the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for EU/UK consumers where it applies). To request a refund, contact us using the details below and we will process it through Paddle. Abuse of refund rights (e.g., repeated purchase-and-refund cycles) may lead to account termination.
6. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. In particular:
- You will not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or bypass access controls, rate limits, or paywalls of the Service.
- You will not use the Service to infringe the rights of others, to generate spam, malware, or unlawful content, or to facilitate wrongdoing.
- You are responsible for the content your agents record; do not record credentials, secrets, or other sensitive data you do not intend to store.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, its design, and its content are owned by us and licensed to you on a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable basis for your own use. Outputs you generate with the Service (ledger exports, audit reports) belong to you, subject to these Terms.
8. Availability and changes
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, improve, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We may change these Terms at any time; material changes will be announced on the site and, for account holders, by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Ledger verification and anomaly detection are informational: they do not constitute legal, compliance, or security advice, and no tool can guarantee the absence of tampering or the completeness of recorded actions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Belize. Disputes will be resolved by good-faith negotiation first, then in the courts of Belize, except where mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence grant you additional rights.
